Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Little Cotton Bend. We do our best to package each order with care and ship as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons, sales, holidays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, delivery time is controlled by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your label has been created.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for physical products.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Little Cotton Bend is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need order details to help with a carrier claim, you may contact us at littlecottonbend@outlook.com.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue with your item, contact us within the timeframe listed in our Return Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Little Cotton Bend is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, carrier delays and longer processing times may occur. We recommend ordering early during holidays or high-volume shipping periods.
