Return Policy
Because Little Cotton Bend specializes in curated, pre-owned, vintage, designer, and one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are considered final unless a return is approved under the terms below.
Please review all photos, measurements, condition notes, and descriptions before checking out. Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described as accurately as possible.
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, free of odors, and with all original tags, packaging, and security tags still attached and untampered with. Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned with removed, damaged, cut, altered, or missing security tags will not be accepted.
To start a return request, contact us at littlecottonbend@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an approved issue with the order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at littlecottonbend@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.
Damage claims must include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage. The item must remain in the condition received, with all tags and security tags attached and untampered with.
Damage caused after delivery, wear after use, buyer’s remorse, fit issues, or failure to review measurements, photos, and condition notes before purchase are not considered damage or defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Items with removed, damaged, altered, or missing security tags

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or exposed to smoke, perfume, pets, or odors after delivery
Exchanges
Because most items are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer exchanges. Once an item sells, we usually cannot replace it with the same item.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved issue with the order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, free of odors, and with all original tags, packaging, and security tags attached and untampered with. Proof of purchase is required.
